We are delighted to announce the arrival of our new Chef, Darren Quinn, cooking up a storm in the Swan bistro with his sensational new lunch and evening menu.
Darren’s has a passion for using local and seasonal produce wherever possible and therefore has created an exciting ever changing contemporary menu. The current menu features some Autumnal appetisers such as pan fried Hake, Roasted beet salad, Terrines, and the simply scrumptious ’Pie of the day.’ Sample menus are on the reverse of this news letter and daily menus can be found on the Bures Swan web site: www.buresswan.blogspot.com, along with forthcoming events and special offers. Darren has already established contacts for local game but is always looking more local suppliers.
